There is no official soundtrack for the new (2005) cut of the movie, but these are the songs featured in the movie, in the order they appear (as well as which scenes they go to):

Real Wild Child (Jerry Lee Lewis) - Pony running from Socs (opening)
Gloria (Them) - Meeting with Dally/heading to movies
Blue Moon (Elvis Presley) - walking home after leaving Cherry & Marcia; Pony at the lot with Johnny
Tomorrow Is A Long Time (Elvis) - flashback to parents; I think flashbacks of Darry and Soda in the morning when Pony wakes up in the church too
Out of Limits (The Marketts) - Pony running after Darry hits him; Socs drowning Pony.
Loveless Motel (R.C. Bannon) - heading into Buck's
Jack Daniels If You Please (David Allan Coe) - leaving Buck's
Mystery Train (Elvis) - Getting on the train to Windrixville
We're Gonna Move (Elvis) - Heading to the church/going inside church
Lend Me Your Comb (Carl Perkins) - haircutting scene
Milky White Way (Elvis) - reunited with Soda/Darry in hospital (it's really quiet, but I'm pretty sure this is it). Also Darry carrying Pony inside...but it also sounds like that part might be Tomorrow Is A Long Time.
When It Rains, It Really Pours (Elvis) - walking to the Tasty Freeze with Two-Bit
Teen Beat (Sandy Nelson) - when Pony is sick and into the court room scene

They also added new score music in some parts (this music is not available anywhere):

1. Two-Bit and Pony meeting up with Cherry as the sun sets (this music is played on the special features as well)
2. Rumble - when they leave the house and arrive at the lot as well as when the Socs arrive and when the fighting starts.
3. When Dally and Pony are driving to the hospital - may be the same as the rumble music.
4. When Soda runs away at dinner
